The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires all voice service providers to file certifications in the Robocall Mitigation Database regarding their efforts to fight illegal robocalls on their networks. Our federal registration number (FRN) is 0035360551. You may view our registration at the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database.

2X Solutions has trained our conversational AI platform on restricted call times, call volume, and holiday restrictions as a backup to your internal workflow guidelines. Remember, your business is responsible for any up-to-the-minute or industry-specific restrictions, as well as all state- and federal-do-not-call (DNC) list restrictions.

The Scheduled Callback feature in 2X Solutions lets customers request a call at a convenient time, respecting your business hours and TSR regulations. The system confirms the customer’s time zone, asks for their preferred time, and schedules the callback. If the customer is unavailable when called back, the system automatically resumes the workflow to continue reaching out.

Yes, we offer both Federal and State Do Not Call (DNC) scrubbing as part of our platform. This ensures your outbound calls remain compliant with all regulations.  You must supply your Federal Subscription Account Number from the National DNC Registry. We use this to legally filter your call lists against the federal DNC in real time.  We provide and maintain the necessary state DNC data—no action required on your part.  2X Solutions provides the DNC scrubbing at no additional charge.

Yes! If you request this service, 2X Solutions will check the RND in real time before placing calls through our platform.  The RND is a centralized FCC-managed database that helps determine whether a phone number has been permanently disconnected or reassigned to a new user—helping reduce TCPA risk, avoid calling people who didn’t consent and improve outreach efficiency.   We offer RND verification at no additional charge to our clients.

Yes. 2X offers a fully automated, end-to-end Local Presence solution so every call shows a familiar, trusted local Caller ID.   Each local pool includes 300+ unique local numbers, giving your team broad geographic coverage and enough diversity to avoid number fatigue. Each pool is priced at $200, with a $0.018 per call usage fee. You can scale up based on volume or geography needs.

You have two outbound call setup options with 2X:

Option 1: Local Presence – We display a local number to your customers based on their area code which includes Call IQ protection automatically.
Option 2: Call IQ (Your Own Number Pool) – If you use a fixed set of outbound numbers, Call IQ will register, monitor, and remediate those numbers on your behalf to protect your caller ID reputation by registering your numbers with the major telecom registries (TNS, First Orion, Hiya, Free Caller Registry, and CNAM) and proactively managing spam/scam labels that hurt answer rates.  This option is $.75c per registered phone number per month, and that fee also includes the cost of the phone number itself.

The 2X Texting Program is a high-impact communication solution designed to boost contact and conversion rates. It enhances existing calling workflows by enabling pre-call texts to increase answer rates, post-call follow-ups, appointment scheduling via calendar links, and even subscription or payment renewal outreach. The program includes 2X Spam Defender, which automatically monitors and protects your texting numbers from spam tagging or carrier issues to maintain trust and deliverability. Priced at a $1,000 one-time setup fee, $200/month per pool of 45 local numbers, and $0.007 per message, the service integrates seamlessly into your call workflows for scalable and compliant outreach.
