  • Payment information: financial account information or credit card information—including your name, account number, expiration date, and 3 or 4 digit security code—for purposes of paying certain account-related fees.
 

Updates and changes to the foregoing categories of information may also be provided to us during the course of your relationship with us.

Where an individual requests deletion of their personal information, data that is not required for legal or compliance purposes will be deleted. Data that must be retained will be securely stored, access-restricted, and not used for operational or communication purposes. Retention periods are determined based on applicable legal requirements, including regulations such as TCPA, and internal business needs. Personal data may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Your information will remain subject to the terms of this Policy even if we undergo a business transition. AI and Communication Functionality

The platform utilizes artificial intelligence to facilitate communications across supported channels, including voice and messaging.

Where available, the system may retain conversational context to improve continuity of interactions. Continuity across channels depends on data availability, identity matching, and system integrations and is not guaranteed in all cases. Customer data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence models or for purposes outside of delivering contracted services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Third-Party Systems and Data Availability

The performance of the platform depends on data provided by customers and third-party systems. The Company is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or failures resulting from incomplete, delayed, or unavailable data from such systems.

Customer Responsibility for Consent

Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from individuals prior to initiating communications through the platform, including voice calls, SMS messages, and other communication channels, in accordance with applicable laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar regulations.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

This policy may be changed from time to time to reflect changes in our practices concerning the collection and use of personal information related to your use of the site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will let you know by sending an email to you at the last email address you provided us and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent.
