How does the Scheduled Callback feature work?
When a contact requests a callback, the system confirms their time zone, captures their preferred time, and schedules it automatically within your business hours and TSR compliance windows. If the contact isn’t available at callback time, the workflow picks back up and continues outreach automatically.

Compliance & Regulations
Is 2X Solutions compliant with telemarketing and privacy regulations?
Yes. Compliance isn’t a feature we added: it’s the architecture we built on.
The platform automatically enforces calling-hour restrictions, local time-zone logic, caller identification rules, call recording, and opt-out handling for TCPA and CTIA. Call volume limits and holiday restrictions are enforced as a baseline layer of protection, not left to your team to manage manually.
2X is SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning an independent third-party auditor has validated our security, availability, and privacy controls. For healthcare clients, 2X is HIPAA compliant and can execute use cases involving Protected Health Information (PHI).
That said, 2X operates on a shared-responsibility model. Your business remains responsible for obtaining proper consent, scrubbing contacts against Do Not Call lists, supplying accurate geographic and time-zone data before uploading leads, and staying current on any industry-specific restrictions.
Is 2X registered with the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database?
Yes. Our Federal Registration Number (FRN) is 0035360551. You can verify our registration directly at the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database.
Does 2X offer Federal and State Do-Not-Call scrubbing?
Yes, both Federal and State Do Not Call scrubbing are included in the platform at no additional charge. For Federal Do-Not-Call scrubbing, you’ll need to provide your Federal Subscription Account Number from the National Do-Not-Call Registry. State Do-Not-Call data is provided and maintained by 2X: nothing required on your end.
Does 2X support Reassigned Numbers Database (RND) checking?
Yes. Upon request, 2X checks the FCC-managed Reassigned Numbers Database in real time before placing each call. This helps reduce TCPA risk by avoiding calls to numbers that have been disconnected or reassigned to a new user. RND verification is included at no additional charge.

What is Call IQ and how does it work?
Call IQ is 2X’s solution for protecting your caller ID reputation and improving answer rates. You have two options:
- Local Presence: We automatically display a local number based on the contact’s area code. Call IQ protection is included automatically.
- Call IQ (Your Own Number Pool): If you use a fixed set of outbound numbers, Call IQ registers and monitors those numbers across major telecom registries (TNS, First Orion, Hiya, Free Caller Registry, and CNAM), and proactively addresses spam or scam labels before they hurt your answer rates. Priced at $0.75 per registered number per month, which includes the cost of the number itself.
Does 2X offer Local Presence calling?
Yes. 2X’s Local Presence solution displays a familiar local caller ID to each contact based on their area code. Each local number pool includes 300+ unique local numbers to provide broad geographic coverage and prevent number fatigue. Pools are priced at $200 each.

What is the 2X Texting Program?
The 2X Texting Program is a high-impact add-on designed to boost contact and conversion rates by layering text messaging into your call workflows. Use it to send pre-call texts that increase answer rates, follow up after calls, share calendar links for appointment scheduling, or reach contacts for subscription or payment renewals.
The program includes 2X Spam Defender, which automatically monitors and protects your texting numbers from carrier spam tagging to keep your messages reaching inboxes.
Pricing: $750 one-time setup fee, $200/month per pool of 45 local numbers, and $0.007 per message.
