  • Covers Security, Availability, and Confidentiality
  • Ongoing monitoring, access controls, logging, and incident response

SOC 2 Report: Available upon request under NDA

HIPAA

  • Infrastructure and operational practices designed to support HIPAA compliance
  • Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) available for customers processing PHI
  • Role-based access controls and audit logging

Data Protection & Privacy

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Least-privilege access policies
  • Secure key management
  • Vendor risk assessments
  • Data minimization practices

2X Solutions complies with applicable data protection laws, including U.S. privacy regulations and customer contractual requirements.

AI & Automated Systems Disclosure

2X Solutions provides AI-powered automation and voice systems. Customers acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and require human oversight
  • Customers are responsible for lawful use and regulatory compliance
  • Services do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice

Telecommunications & Regulatory Compliance

Where applicable, 2X Solutions supports compliance with:

  • TCPA
  • Call recording consent requirements
  • Real-time abuse monitoring

Customers are responsible for configuring workflows in accordance with applicable laws.

Subprocessors & Third Parties

2X Solutions may engage vetted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, telecom carriers) to deliver services. All subprocessors are subject to security and confidentiality obligations.
